I am an experienced, degree qualified counsellor in Southampton for anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, sexual problems, phobias, separation and divorce, to name a few of the things people seek help for. I am an accredited member of the BACP. I offer counselling for individuals and couples in quiet, peaceful and secluded surroundings near central Southampton. I believe everyone has the ability to make positive changes in their lives, even if sometimes it seems like you are stuck in your problems. I am passionate about helping people make positive change in their lives, be happier and have better relationships with others. I bring together more than a decade's worth of professional counselling experience and a broad theoretical knowledge base to offer you a way of working that is tailored specifically to meet your needs. I recognise that you want to make changes that last and I offer practical ways for you to achieve that. In addition to counselling services, I offer clinical supervision and training to counsellors. I specialise in addiction, trauma and somatic psychotherapy.
