I am a qualified psychotherapist based in the centre of Southampton. I work using an interagrative model, which means I will draw on various techniques from different mainstream therapies to enable me to work flexibly in order to cater to each clients thoughts, emotions and behavioural types. I offer a non judgemental and respectful approach in helping you discover the most positive ways to resolve a wide range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety, stress, addictions, OCD, relationship issues, anger, bereavement, self esteem and confidence building and many more. All sessions are completely confidential and carried out in accordance with The National Counselling Society Code of Ethics.
